2nd Dec 2018 - Sunday
This is the arrival day of participants at Paris. Colleagues from the hosting school picked up all partners from the airport.

3rd Dec 2018 - Monday
This was the first day of the working sessions. Since it was the first time that all participants were together, they introduced the area of specialty and the subjects they are teaching. Then participants met the headmaster and other teachers of the hosting school. Initially, the meeting started having the conference with the experts, where they explained the situation in France and the different ways of handling the problems of bullying and cyberbullying. Since the main guidelines are about different types of bullying each participant was informed from a police officer to representatives of NGO organisation named Respect Zone and the government experts of Academy of Paris. The day ended with a leisure activity at Louvre Museum where the participants had a guided tour by a teacher of the hosting school.

4th Dec 2018 - Tuesday
During the second working day, each topic was analysed further and the participants made suggestions about the processes that would be followed and the products that would be produced by the students. Additionally, the dates of the exchanges were fixed and also the timeline of the whole project according to the timetable of each participating school. Dates were changed from the initial report but not the groups of hosting and visiting schools and the order of the topics. The coordinator presented the risks for every situation and participants agreed to the procedures that would follow during the selection of the students. Another subject that was discussed was the evaluation/quality checks (from students, teachers and families) and how this could be organised after each meeting/exchange. Next topic was the documents that should be produced by each school and the ways of sharing. Furthermore, the organisation of the exchange week was explained and the responsibilities of each hosting/visiting school and students. We also discussed and agreed the responsibilities of the hosting families. Another vivid topic that was analysed in detail was the control of the budget, since some of the partners were participating for first time. Participants had questions about the procedures covered by each part of the budget and their obligations, so everything was made clear to everybody by the participants of the coordinating school. Finally, ways of dissemination were suggested by participants and each product – working space (such as project website, YouTube channel, E-twinning, evaluation etc.) was assigned to each participating school. After this session all participants attended a job shadowing class of English. Second day ended with the boat trip on the Seine.

On the last day all partners recognised the meaning of the project and the impact of teamworking processes. They were enriched with the benefits of knowing the ways of facing the significant problem of bullying. Additionally, all partners recognised the importance of dealing with the problem and mentioned the beneficial parts of the workshops during the week. It is important to highlight that the French team welcomed the partners in a warm and friendly way, showing competence in the organisation and a great sense of cooperation, making everyone feel at home and at the same time allowing a real intercultural exchange of good practice.
